The Table Sermon Series

The Gospels are full of stories of Jesus sharing meals with disciples, friends, and even tax collectors and Pharisees. In one moment he's multiplying bread to feed a whole crowd, next he's relaxing with his inner circle, and then he's telling curious elites stories about even greater banquets. These stories culminate in "the last supper" on the night before his crucifixion; a meal he invites his followers to continue eating long after his resurrection.
