Live Worship Replay | Choose Your Hard
Sermon Series: The Story
Sermon: “Choose Your Hard”
Scripture: Exodus 14:10-15, 21-25
Preacher: J.C. Fowler
Why do we run back to the very things that hurt us most? Facing major change often feels terrifying, whether breaking an addiction, speaking a hard truth, or stepping into an unknown future. Looking at Israel trapped between Pharaoh’s army and the Red Sea in Exodus 14, we discover that transformation is hard, but staying stuck is harder. God never calls us to walk alone; He fights for us and turns impossible walls into dry walkways. Choose the hard that leads to life, take your next step, and join a community ready to walk alongside you.

FAITHWORK ASSIGNMENT:
Transformation begins when we stop suffering what is familiar and start trusting God with the unknown. Begin by taking an honest look at the habits, mindsets, or comforts you cling to simply because they feel safe. Acknowledge the areas where you feel stuck or hesitant to follow where God is leading.
SERMON SERIES
Have you ever wanted to read the Bible? Or wondered what it's really all about? Here's your chance. Beginning September 20th, we are reading through the narrative of Scripture together, as one church family, over one year. "The Story" is the Bible's own text, arranged in 31 easy-to-read chapters (with some sections edited or summarized) that let the grand sweep of the narrative shine through – from creation, through Moses and David, to the Messiah Jesus and the birth of the Church.
